      I just want to remind you that life doesn’t end with NYSC. Let’s say the added space is not a problem with NYSC, is that how you intend to be using the certificate in the future?

      Complain to your school so the error can be fixed. Stop making it look like they gave you scholarship, hence the reason why you can’t complain.

    My nephew has been hom for months waiting for NYSC posting in Lagos . Late Dec his university sent message that his name in in Jan, 2025 batch. This is now February, he is still waiting to be posted. He said he is waiting for call up number. Please somebody, what is call up number and how long will this take again please

      If you’re asking this question to ascertain whether or not your nephew is lying, I want you to on he’s telling the truth. NYSC moved some of the prospective corps members that registered in January 2025 to the next batch, which is most likely to hold in April.

    My questions is about Revalidation.
    I saw one posting talking about it, I found one statement that I don’t know how Truth it is ” Revalidation does not guarantee you will be mobilized when you revalidate again, you can revalidate and to be move to the next batch or stream. This strean that when I do Revalidation, I don’t have full assurance that I will join this batch A1.
    I saw that, we were posted to somewhere during batch C2 but due to some issues that were need rectification that we done it now, we don’t have assurance that we will be among those that will enter camp in batch A1, sir, it is truth

      No Dennis. It won’t be a problem. If your record has the same JAMB registration number, NYSC will only see the correct details as contained on your JAMB profile.

      So I started my registration initially in January but wasn’t able to complete the biometrics, for the second batch will I need to register again from scratch or can I continue where I stopped ? Also can I get the biometrics done now so that all that’s left is the payment ?

      My question is, My name on my school certificate is James Aanu Ibukun But my name on the jamb regularization I did and NIN is James Anuoluwapo Ibukun but recently I did a change on my NIN which has change to James Aanu Ibukun now , Will I have a problem during Registration or at the NYSC camp ? Do I need to change name on my jamb too

    I recently did change of name and declaration of birth and I have all the necessary documents ( court affidavit and declarations of birth certificate)

    Is this going to affect my registration?

      First of all, let me inform you that affidavit doesn’t hold any meaning to NYSC. Secondly, your name is provided by your school. If you have any mistakes in the name, you should be complaining to your school instead. And lastly, your date of birth is extracted from JAMB so no need for declaration of age or birth certificate.

        Please, they made a mistake in my name,
        They wrote princes(wrong name)instead of princess(right name) and the wrong name is on my nysc dash board.
        Also, the Date of birth in my jamb admission letter is wrong, the rest of my certificates bears the correct DOB.
        Please, how do I correct it? I’m currently waiting for call up no/letter

      It’s normal for NYSC to move registered PCMs from one batch or stream to another. You won’t be doing any other registration apart from the one you did already. Just be patient for your call up letter with Batch A 2025.

      Whether or not you make corrections to your date of birth on JAMB, you can register for NYSC as long as you’ve been mobilised on the senate list by your School. However, what your corrections (with JAMB) has to do is about you being able to serve or exempted from service.
