      It’s normal for NYSC to move registered PCMs from one batch or stream to another. You won’t be doing any other registration apart from the one you did already. Just be patient for your call up letter with Batch A 2025.

      Whether or not you make corrections to your date of birth on JAMB, you can register for NYSC as long as you’ve been mobilised on the senate list by your School. However, what your corrections (with JAMB) has to do is about you being able to serve or exempted from service.

    Why is it always when I checked the Senate list to view my status, I use to see a response saying ‘ No record found please contact your school’. And I have reported the issue to my school but up to now issue is yet to be resolved.

        I’m so sorry to hear about this. Even though the normal NIN error is common during online registration, it doesn’t take long before PCMs overcome it. Are you sure you’re using the correct NIN and that the names correspond with your name on senate list?

      This should be separated from the general mobilisation for seamless processing.
      Exception certificate printing should be a continuous exercise on the portal and not restricted to mobilisation period.

    Please this question is direct to you. Is there any form of penalty or sanction by NYSC awaiting any institution that fail to submit their qualified students name for the senate list at a speculated time?
    Reasons for my question is this sir, I graduated last year but I wasn’t able to complete my final clearance due to financial issues, so early this year my mates were started been mobilize…. unfortunately I almost done my final clearance and submitted my bio data at NYSC office in my institution 3 days before last stream online registration which I considered the reason why I missed last batch. But to my surprise ever since then till now I have been checking my name on the senate list but info I could get was that ‘Record not found’ contact your school. So I was pissed off and went to my school today to know what the problem is… To my surprise the officer in charge showing me my bio data form and some of others on the floor telling me that they are yet taking it to Abuja since all this while oooo, that I should be praying for them for them to be able to do that. I can’t hold my tears hearing this. Very clear to me now I won’t be able to follow this coming stream 1 or even probably not even sure this year again with this nonsense they’ve performed.

And i try to do revalidation for batch B but the portal is not functioning, it always shows me registration has been closed.     Your response is highly needs , sir, I have 2 problems. 1. my Nin number DOB differentiated from the one I have registered on my jamb DOB, 2 my BVN name differentiated from my result, in my Bvn contained two names while my My school result and jamb result contained three names.

    Examples
    1. My jamb registered DOB hold 17-12-1996 While my NIN registered DOV hold 17-12- 1993.

    2. My BVN contained Umar Sani, while while Jamb and my Institutions name Ishaq is added ( Umar Sani Ishaq).

    3. BVN DOB , NIN DOB or Jamb DOB is used for a graduate to be qualified to enter to the enter Camp a

    My name is Aka-bashorun Abdulrazaq. A graduate from lagos state university with the matriculation number 180142020.
    I had issue concerning the misarrangement/ misspelt of my name which was long corrected from my schools end since may this year
    Ever since then have been checking my name on the senate list but its still showing the wrong one
    I told the student affairs unit of my school but they said they have done their own part in correcting it as it has showed on my notification of result
    They said its left for the NYSC for them to do their own part.They even added that they have send notification numerous times to the NYSC office for them to rectify it but no reply till date

      Unfortunately, I cannot help with name correction. Since your school are maintaining the error is not from their end, I’ll advise you to NYSC office for complaints.

    Pls I have been on this matter for 2 years now. I couldn’t go for service cause my details was filled wrong by my mobilization, so here are the problems I face
    1) My name was spelled wrongly and I try correcting it on the dashboard it appeared disapproved
    2)The date of my birth is also wrong that it shows exemption in my dashboard. Pls i really need help even if I didn’t go for serve again let my certificate be correct the name written on it is not right

      1. Name correction can only be done from the source of the mistake. In this case, the name uploaded is from your school so go back there and complain.

      2. Your date of birth is provided by JAMB and cannot be altered. It means you were more than 30 as at the date of graduation which is the reason why you were exempted. It will be difficult to correct it as it is on your certificate but I’ll advise you visit NYSC office for help.

    I have stopped checking my name on the senate list coz I can’t give myself BP because of NYsC… I’m not sure my school knows what they are doing for not releasing our names for mobilisation uptill today been 10/10 when online registration is less than a week now…mtcheew

    If I did my mobilization on August and my name came out I wanted to register for my nysc but due to bad network the nysc link was sent last before the portal closes, so I want to ask if there’s any need to redo my mobilization? or I should carry on with my nysc registration?

    I have registered for nysc since last year 2023 For batch B stream1,but my jamb date of birth was wrongly captured,so they sent my exemption certificate to my school.After scrutiny of my documents I was enabled to apply for Date of birth correction,and my requests has been approved they send me green card slip but I didn’t receive call up letter

    I am an international graduate of BSC.

    I found it very difficult to upload my docs. To the portal due to short period of network permits and short time of allowed by authority of NYSC.

    How can i upload my docs quickly to avoid cut in by slow network and in the short allowable time frame.
