How many NYSC batches are in year 2025?

NYSC usually mobilizes graduates three times a year in Batch A, Batch B and Batch C. Each batch is split into Stream I and Stream II to control the number of people in camp.       Seeing your name in the NYSC graduation list is a good indication but wait till it reflects on the senate list.

      NYSC won’t ask you to type your name. That’s the purpose of senate list.

          If your Student’s Affairs Officer affirmed that your name wasn’t uploaded on the senate list, you shouldn’t be thinking about NYSC registration come November 4.

          Hello Zainab. Yes, I’ve seen people use religious marital certificates for NYSC registration.

          You don’t need to change your name on BVN for NYSC account opening, but isn’t that something you’ll still need to do in the future?

    I have read it carefully my dear and m question still stand, I could have asked the question in group WhatsApp but u set it that is only admin that can send messages. When u are registering in nerd portal i.e when u are filling the forms after email verification and the second option a pop up menu where to upload means of identification, e.t.c. there is an option where they ask us to upload attestation letter, please that attestation letter is it our statement of result.

    So I am a foreign graduate and I still don’t know how to do about this NERD stuff. I asked someone who works in NYSC about how to go about it amd she said they said we have to go to the ministry of education. I told her I saw some info flying around that the next batch need not worry about it( I registered last batch but didn’t get call up number so more than hopeful I’ll get in this next one). She said she has not heard anything like that. I don’t know if I need to go to the Ministry or let it be. I’m scared of being stranded in Camp when the time comes. What do you advise I do?

    Please I did change of name last two years in my surname, I changed a letter there and I made it effective on my NIN. Now my statement of result is carrying the initial spelling because it is what I registered with when I gained admission and it’s what my jamb admission letter carries.
    Would I have any problem in camp even with the newspaper publication and affidavit?

      Yes, you can change your PPA after rejection. Simply visit the NYSC state secretariat with the rejection letter and a request letter from any organization in the preferred local government.

    Please I would like to be clarified on this, concerning my names on NIN and DOCUMENTS bcoz am a bit confused on what to do and ur help wld be appreciated. In my NIN I had OLUWATOBILOBA ONYINYECHUKWUKA while most of my documents carries GIFT ONYINYECHUKWUKA with one surname

      Having a different middle name on your NIN as against what you have on the senate list is an indication that you will encounter issues during NYSC registration. Go to NIMC and correct your details on NIN.

    Hello local man, I am currently pregnant, but I didn’t register as a married prospective Corp member due to the change in surname. I didn’t want that. Please if am posted to other state, can I show myself in my state of resident, can I be allowed to show up in my state of residence camp due to my condition and not go to where am posted.

But for someone who is ready to use his whole one year in his state of deployment; to me it’s like he’s packing out of his current residence to another state. How will he manage his luggages when resuming camp.

    I sent my friend to go to my school and check the internal list of PCMs before it will be uploaded on NYSC portal as senate list.

    He informed me that my details is duplicated on the list. The details are the same, just that it’s duplicated.

      Can one apply for direct posting after getting a call up letter. I mean if getting a call up letter and didn’t later show up in camp , decided to go for the next available batch. Can a direct posting be possible in order to change the state

        Yes, it’s possible. If you already got a call-up letter but didn’t go to camp, you’ll revalidate when the next batch starts. Your call-up number will change after revalidation, which you can now use to influence your posting.
