How many NYSC batches are in year 2025?

NYSC usually mobilizes graduates three times a year in Batch A, Batch B and Batch C. Each batch is split into Stream I and Stream II to control the number of people in camp. Sorry please this isn’t an NYSC related question though but if I can get some advice or guides on what skills to learn while I still wait for NYSC deployment I will be glad. Are you in the tech field or even though you are not please with your vast experience out there is there any good course in the tech field which you will advise someone to learn? I’m very sorry for digressing please but I really need the advice if possible.

    Hi Local Man I just listened to your voice note about preparing for camp and service. Please sir, for persons who hasn’t yet received their call-up numbers up till now, are there still chances that they will still get it and be among the people camping on the 24th? I’m asking so as to know my plans and preparations in order not to be taken unawares at the last minute please.

      It’s possible that you might be deployed to camp with this Stream but the chances of that happening is slim. This week will be the deciding factor definitely. If you don’t get your call-up number it means you have been shifted to the next batch.

    Good day, sir. I’m experiencing an issue with my JAMB portal. Initially, my date of birth was incorrectly recorded as 1989 instead of 1999. Although the error has been rectified, it was too late, and the NYSC portal picked up the incorrect age. As a result, an exemption has been placed on my portal.
    Buh when they wanted to make the correction on my portal ,it brings out initialization error

      Hi Jane, if you’re unable to correct it on your dashboard, you might need to visit the nearest NYSC secretariat for help so the wrong date is birth is not placed on your exemption certificate.

      What matters is that the date of graduation on your certificate must match the date of graduation on NYSC senate list portal. Contact your Student’s Affairs Officer if they are not the same.

      If the document has an expiry date and is expired, you should go back to your school because they have a reason for putting expiry dates.
      If the statement of result doesn’t have an date, then you have nothing to worry about.

    Correct DOB: 15/04/1998

    Kindly note that I’m a part time time student that registered for EXCLUSION LETTER.

        Sorry to disturb you. I was the one that messaged below concerning date of birth correction. The first question that I asked I didn’t note it there that I applied for EXCLUSION.

        Does exclusion candidate also collects call up number??

          Oh, you’re correct. Excluded graduates are also given a unique identifier code, not call-up number. What I don’t know though is whether or not the number has to be available before the date of birth correction can be processed.

    Good day local man, I camped in Enugu and was also posted in Enugu, so I requested for relocation and it was approved on the 29th of August. I went to Ogun state secretariat on the 8th of September and was given a PPA on the 9th of September, my PPA (BUREAU OF LANDS AND SURVEY, Ogun state government house) rejected me but the Urban and regional planning department said they have enough space for corpers but the admin was not active to give me a request or employment letter, I had to go back to Ikeja cos that’s where I live. But before I went back my LGI made me write a reposting letter in which I identified or made clear to NYSC that there was space for corpers in urban and regional planning department in my PPA, do u think they consider posting me there?

      If your LGI is an understanding person, he or she can post you to the organization that says there’s an opening. It is very easy to do. You might also want to reach out to remind him/her since you’re not in Ogun State presently.

    Please 🙏 something about this course correction is getting me worried but I feel I should ask you if you can help me, but if you can’t no problem!

    I graduated with BSc in Animal science under the faculty of agriculture, but in NYSC course selection there’s no Animal Science but I saw Zoology which is also the study of animals but not under the faculty of agriculture!

    Again I saw Agricultural Science as a course on its own but it’s not what’s on my certificate, what’s on my certificate is BSc in Animal Science and and Fisheries, it’s not in NYSC course list, so I chose zoology during registration, is there any need for me to change it or something to do about it…?

    One of the documents required for camp is School ID but for University of Ibadan, once you collect your certificate, you are required to submit your school ID. So I don’t have my original school ID, but I have photocopies.

    I hope you’re doing well. I want to know if it is mandatory to upload evaluation letter for foreign trained graduates during the registration process. I do not have it currently but in the application process with ministry of education. I wish to meet up with the deadline and hopefully obtain the evaluation letter before the physical verification exercise.

      Yes, it is compulsory but you can register and upload a placeholder, e.g. your certificate. This way, it will look like it was a mistake and they will ask you to upload it again after registration. That should buy you some time.

    I want to ask few questions about how I will go about medical report.

    Is it when I report to camp the first day I will have to submit the medical report and will I then come back home that same day after registration?

    Secondly,since I won’t be staying in the camp, I heard that PPA registration will take place in the camp, how am I going to go about that?

      If you’re given exit on health basis, you are not coming back. PPA will be assigned to everyone, whether or not you’re in camp. You will go to the NYSC state secretariat for your PPA letter.

      There’s an for some corrections on your dashboard and one of such is the Grade Level correction. However, you won’t see these options until you’ve been assigned a call-up number so you might need to exercise some patience.

      You don’t fill the date of graduation during online registration. You don’t fill the start year and end year which is insignificant in the scheme of things.
      The date of graduation is provided by your school on the senate list and automatically filled during registration. Complain to your Student’s Affairs Officer if this date is not the same one on your statement of result.

    Good evening sir pls I need clarification on something I did relocation on 7month but it did not work and I use dg directive the person that did it told me that I can’t get a refund because is DG directive and because I have absconded and I have to report to my secretary and reapply before I can get a refund pls it’s it true sorry
