When is NYSC registration starting?

There is no official date for Batch C Stream 2 registration yet. For heads up, it is always updated on the mobilization timetable as released by the NYSC. But again, the exact timing depends on various factors as explained in the NYSC calendar for year 2026.

NYSC Batch C 2026 Registration Guide

While waiting for the portal to open for the next online registration, it’s smart to get ready ahead. The first thing you should confirm is that your name is already on the NYSC senate list. Only graduates whose names appear there can complete online registration.

After that, you should go through the NYSC online registration requirements so you’ll know exactly what to do once registration begins.

🗣️ NYSC Updates (26th October 2026): Batch C Stream 2 Call-Up Numbers, Call-Up Letters and Camp Preparation

This latest NYSC updates cover Batch C Stream 2 mobilization, call-up numbers release, expected date for call-up letter printing, and NYSC camp registration requirements. If you registered for the next NYSC batch, here are the important developments to keep in mind as you prepare for orientation camp.

Disclaimer: This update is based on personal research and analysis. Treat it as you will.

1. According to previous NYSC announcements, Batch C Stream 2 orientation camp will hold from 4th to 24th November 2026. Call-up numbers have already been released to many PCMs who registered in September.

2. If you are yet to receive your NYSC call-up number, there is no need to worry just yet. Based on past experiences, some PCMs may still receive their numbers before the call-up letters are released. However, make sure you check your NYSC dashboard daily.

3. Provided nothing unexpected happens, NYSC is expected to release Batch C Stream 2 call-up letters on Monday, 2nd November 2026. Those who paid for direct posting should also see their outcome that day. Follow up with your trusted plug to avoid disappointment.

4. As you prepare for NYSC camp registration, make sure all your documents are ready. Document-related issues can prevent you from completing camp registration. If you are unsure about the required documents, read this guide.

5. Not every registered PCM will be deployed to camp with Stream 2. Until you receive your NYSC call-up letter, avoid resigning from your job simply because you are preparing for service. A bird in hand is worth more than two in the bush.

6. I am available to help you process the medical documents required for NYSC camp documentation. Send me a WhatsApp message here.

7. While making your camp preparations, contact Fola on 08160679062 for quality NYSC kits. Thursday is the last day she will accept orders to give your package time to arrive before you travel to camp.

8. Be careful when dealing with people offering NYSC services during this period. Many PCMs are eager to secure their plans, and scammers may take advantage of this. Always carry out a proper background check before sending anyone your money.

🗣️ NYSC Batch C Stream 2 Updates (5th October, 2026): Call-Up Numbers, Direct Posting and Camp Date

The latest 2026 NYSC Batch C Stream 2 updates focus on three things many PCMs are currently waiting for: the release of call-up numbers, the next step for those interested in direct posting, and what to expect as the Batch C Stream 2 orientation camp date approaches.

Disclaimer: This update is based on personal research and analysis. Treat it as you will.

#1 Batch C Stream 1 corps members are currently undergoing their orientation course and will leave camp on 20th October.

#2 For those interested in applying for relocation on health, marital, or insecurity grounds, the application can be submitted on your dashboard between now and Wednesday, 7th October. Those influencing theirs through “sure plugs” do not need to apply for this.

#3 NYSC has officially announced that Batch C Stream 2 orientation camp will hold from 4th to 24th November 2026 across the 36 states and the FCT. Note that there will be no online registration again this year.

#4 For foreign graduates who have registered online but are yet to be screened, the physical verification exercise will take place from 13th to 15th October. Ensure you check your dashboard for venue selection.

#5 Based on the current timeline of events, call-up numbers are expected to be released for registered PCMs before Stream 1 leaves camp on 20th October.

#6 For those interested in direct posting, budget around ₦110K and be patient on this Channel. I’ll begin accepting details immediately call-up numbers are released.

#7 While you’re preparing for orientation camp, don’t forget to get the camp essentials you’ll need for your convenience. Message Fola NYSC Kit for quality and affordable packages 08160679062

#8 I am also available to help process the medical documents you’ll need at the orientation camp. Send a DM on WhatsApp.

#9 As you already know, not every registered PCM will be deployed to camp with Batch C Stream 2. Do NOT resign from a paying job until you’ve confirmed your state of deployment on your call-up letter.

That’s all for this week. I’ll be back next Monday with another round of NYSC updates. Until then, don’t forget to share my WhatsApp Channel link with other PCMs.

Good day Sir, Please, I’m looking for a female corps member whose PPA is in Port Harcourt and needs accommodation around Adageroge/Miniorlu, PH.
I rented a house about two months ago, but since my NYSC camp is starting on November 4th and I may be posted outside Port Harcourt, I’m looking for someone who can take over the accommodation and refund me part of the rent
    . Thank you sir. 🙏❤️

    Good evening local man.
My statement of result and NYSC portal name arrangement is last name, first name and middle name while my certificate is First name, middle name and last name. Hope I’m good to go. I’m a UNN graduate and people are saying that’s the standard, I’m worried.

However, my dashboard has continued to show “Exclusion is being processed.” My NERD status recently changed from “No student records found” to “Partial” after I completed my NERD registration on 6october. Please, I would to know know if any further action is required. Thank you.

    Good morning Mr local man.
I requested for name rearrangement on my nysc portal since the second day of registration for batch c but it’s still under review since then, I don’t know if this is normal sir and the only change I made was just removing hypen from my surname and replacing it with space as it is on my jamb result.

Sir please I registered in September this year a late registration though. I didn’t receive my call up number and I really don’t want it to come out in November because I’m not ready yet. Are there chances that I can receive my call up number next year?

I only registered because I was told there might not be another registration this year again but I’m not ready to go to camp till next year

You don’t decide when the call-up number should be released. You however have the choice not to go to camp when deployed, if it’s not a good timing for you. All you need do is to be patient for the next time NYSC will deploy you again.

Pls, I want to confirm this from u: someone that did correction of name during NYSC registration but haven’t reflected can the PCM be among those that will go to camp on November or the name have to reflect in the PCM dashboard before call up number can be sent to him or her?

Secondly, what if the PCM received call up number and call up letter in this coming batch c2 and the name haven’t reflected what will the PCM do about it since it haven’t reflected and he or she is going to camp?

    Reply
    1. Local Man

Then name correction you applied for doesn’t stop you being deployed to camp.

If eventually you are deployed to camp and the correction has not been approved, it’s not a problem. They will fix it when you get to camp, as long as it’s a minor correction.

    Jamb carries 22 February 2005
    NIn carries 19 February 2003
    BVN 22 February 2005
    And my Neco same
But my real date of birth is 19 February 2003 and this is what I used for my university info
Tried using it when I was doing my Nysc registration online but it kept appearing the jamb date of birth
Would this affect me at the camp??
How do I sort it out pls

Good Morning Sir, Hope you’re well? I really appreciate your effort and help thus far.
    God bless you Sir.

I needed some clarification regarding NYSC and Law School.

I registered for NYSC before the names were released, and I’m expecting to be mobilised for Batch C, Stream 2. However, I’m also expecting to be called for Law School around February, although we haven’t completed the Bar registration process yet.

Since the next NYSC camp is in November, I’d like to know what my best option would be if I’m called up before Law School starts.

Would it be better for me not to go to camp and defer(if it’s a possibility) my NYSC, or can I go to camp and later leave when Law School starts and continue my NYSC afterward?

Please, what is the proper procedure in this situation and what would you advise me to do?

Thank you so much for your audience, I really appreciate.

Once you’ve begun NYSC, there is nothing like “leaving” for another assignment. I’ll advise you choose the one you want to do first and complete it before proceeding for the other one.

By the way, there nothing like going to camp to defer your service. If you’re not interested in going, then don’t go. It’s as simple as that.

Good afternoon Local man. Please I need your advice on something.

I’m above 30 years, I’ve done Jamb Regularization and have gotten admission letter before graduation.

Is it wise to go back and change my age and go for service?
I’ve changed it in my NIN, but doing it in Jamb is hard. A lot of people want me to go for NYSC because, I look like I’m in my 20s, the stress is much.
I really want to go, but I’m scared of the risk and outcome in the future.

Please I will appreciate your advice on this matter. Thank you

    1. Local Man

Even if you succeed in changing the date of birth on JAMB, the desired outcome won’t happen because it won’t reflect on NYSC portal. I’d advise you move on with your life and think of what you can do to improve yourself within that one year.

Evening blessings Local man, I recently realized my statement of result had expired so I took your advice from the vn in your WhatsApp channel and went to my school (UNN) and collected my original certificate. However, I noticed that my school doesn’t include the day of graduation, they only include month and year. I really don’t know why but I have a feeling NYCS might not be tolerant. What are your advices about this?

It’s not a problem. NYSC is not in charge of admission. If your school believes you should be given HND admission despite your course during OND, NYSC won’t have any problem with that.

    Hello local man
If someone is into content creation, will they allow the person access with his/her tripod stand and ring light in the orientation camp? I just want to know

Also, you made mention that they won’t allow us to bring laptops to the orientation camp, can we waybill it after the orientation period?

I would really appreciate your response

    Reply
    1. Local Man

Camp is not a holiday or resort. It’s a structured environment where you don’t have the liberty to do what you normally do. Your tripod and lighting is definitely not for that environment.

Yes, you can waybill your items to yourself after the orientation camp is over.

I have been able to complete biometrics and capturing and also create an account. But the website has not allowed me move past Step 1 since Wednesday. Once I press save and continue, it will process and show the page again but it won’t continue. It’s not showing error or anything, it’s just not loading to Step 2. I’ve re-edited my address and next of kin’s five times but nothing has changed. What do I do? Or is it the website?

The date on my waec certificate is not my date of birth. I discovered it when I did my house job. I had to swear an affidavit for the date of birth correction before I could use it for my documentation then.

Please do I still need to do the change waec DOB as seen on the NYSC dashboard?

That is a diffee person entirely. On a normal day, you can’t open a Nigerian bank account with such discrepancy. But like I said, the NYSC account opening process is very easy to create. And yes, there is a that your bank might force you to correct the anomaly in the course of using that account.
